High-Fiber Overnight Oats
Creamy oats soaked overnight with chia and berries — a soft, fiber-rich breakfast that is ready and waiting when you wake up.
Fiber is a quiet hero of comfortable digestion, and oats are one of the easiest ways to welcome more of it. These overnight oats were made with high-fiber eating for healthy digestion in mind — soft, soothing, and gentle on the system.
The real magic is that you do all the work the night before. By morning, the oats are creamy and spoonable, with no cooking required.
How to make it
In a jar or small bowl, stir together the oats, milk, and chia seeds.
Add the honey and cinnamon, and stir again until everything is mixed.
Gently fold in the berries.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least six hours.
In the morning, give it a stir, add a splash of milk if it is too thick, and enjoy cold or slightly warmed.
Cook's note
Chia seeds swell as they soak, adding even more soft fiber and a pleasant pudding-like texture. Start with a tablespoon and adjust to the thickness you enjoy most.
